Check-in was a challenge after arriving to an overbooking situation, which was frustrating given my confirmation. The room had decent space and the location was convenient, but the experience was marred by inadequate staff communication. On a bright note, the front desk staff was friendly and went out of their way to provide an extra chair to accommodate us. I appreciated that, but the discomfort and confusion overshadowed this small positive.

The King Studio near OU provided a good amount of space to work. However, dirty floors and delayed maintenance were disappointing.

The decor looks like an ongoing remodel!!! Walls need painting, ceilings have water stains, and the floor is uncomfortably sticky!!! A broken coke machine is also a turn off!!! Consider improving maintenance for a cleaner appearance!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Express Inn & Suites while visiting family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the convenient location close to restaurants and shops. The staff were hospitable, making my experience pleasant.

I was surprised by how close it was to the campus with so many restaurants nearby. The breakfast options were really good, and the room was nicely presented despite being on the older side.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still pretty acceptable.

Comfortable bedding was nice, but I found the bedding filthy at check-in.

We enjoyed the spacious room with my family, including our non-service dog. The hotel is just a short drive from Riverwind Casino, where we spent a fun evening. The kids loved the overall atmosphere, making it feel welcoming.
